Football club Shkodra was created in 1996 by Taip Piraniqi,it is the first private club after 1990 in Shkoder.One of the most prestigious football clubs in Shkoder today,known for it unnumerous victories and trophies,with 42 ones collected.Main activity of the club is with the youth teams,where they had the most glorious times.Club SHKODRA recently celebrated its 20th anniversary,figures of sports were present,worth to mention the presence of Mr Armando Duka the president of the Albanian Football Association. Coach Taip Piraniqi now works with its right arm,his son Rudi Piraniqi also known for its achievements in football activities with youth teams.

Klubi i futbollit SHKODRA i krijuar ne vitin 1996 me iniciativen e Taip Piraniqit dhe aprovuar nga Keshilli Bashkiak Shkoder me 25 shtator 1996.[klubi i pare privat pas viteve 1990].Fillimisht eshte njohur si shoqate,ndersa ne mars te vitit 2000 me vendim te Gjykates se Rethit Tirane kalon si klubi i futbollit Shkodra.Presidenti i pare ka qene Guido Kakarriqi,ndersa kryetar i shoqates Menduh Derguti,organizimi i klubit ne aspektin teknik iu besua Taip Piraniqit.

Klubi i futbollit Shkodra ne sezonin e pare futbollistik merr pjese ne kategorine e trete dhe del kampion duke siguaruar pjesemarrjen ne kategorine e dyte.Ne sezonin 1998-1999 ekipi merr pjese ne kategorine e dyte per here te pare,ku arrin dhe suksesinme te madh,daljen ne finale me Kastriotin e Krujes ne stadiumin'Qemal Stafa'ku fitues shpallet skuadra e Kastriotit me rezultatin 2-1.
